LIMITED WARRANTY
All new Aidas cartridges purchased through official dealer networks that have proper registration and a confirmed date of sales are subject to manufacturer's warranty protection. The warranty on the new Aidas product covers only electrical or tracking/suspension malfunctions. All mechanical or physical damages not reported on delivery are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty is valid for 1 Year for all solid parts ( reported on delivery ) and electrical signals if they are compromised. If the damage was made by improper handling or cleaning - this is not up to warranty to repair (Customer pays). Only after close inspection this is established and confirmed ( cause of the cart failure).
For repair outside of warranty ( replace stylus/ cantilever, full rebuild etc.) - please contact us.
Repairs after Warranty
An important notice to all Aidas Cartridges product owners having their products purchased before 2020 (or have their 1-year warranty expired):
In case of Aidas cartridge failure of any type, please contact Lithuanian laboratory directly using email aidascartridges@gmail.com. We make repairs and also refurbish cartridges if needed (even older Aidas models).
Please DO NOT send your cartridge to the sellers that are not a part of Aidas Cartridges distribution network anymore as this may result in failure to repair or even cartridge loss. Our distributor network is listed on our website www.aidascartridges.com.
